All products are delivered by dispatch courier and services rendered by advertising Businesses. Customers also have the option to pick-up products or make enquiry at our office after ordering online. We also offer a flexible delivery medium of sending the products via any transport company for pick-up in any locations closer to our customers where courier delivery is elusive. Products in stock in our Port Harcourt warehouse are shipped within 24 hours. Items not available in Port Harcourt are delivered within a 5-7 days time frame, or we have to import them however necessary.

International orders will have the shipping cost quoted separately. Please contact our customer service for a shipping quote if you are ordering for delivery outside Nigeria. is committed to a guaranteed delivery for any order placed. How do I place an order?

Placing an order for a product or Service in is easy, fast and secure. You can place an order anytime, any day. Here’s how to place an order:

2. Click on the product or services you are interested in from the list that resulted from your search. 

3. To purchase, select the quantity you are interested, then click on the” BUY” or "Add to Cart" button. Any item you click, the buy button will automatically be added to your shopping cart even if it is in a new window.

4. Review the contents of your Shopping Cart. You can review each product or services by changing the quantity of what you want to order or delete those you are not interested.

5. Click "Checkout" if you want to buy the products or services listed in your cart. You will now be taken to the Register page for new customers. If you are a new customer, please enter your e-mail address and create a password to protect the privacy of your account, input your shipping address, and then click "Continue."

 If you are a returning customer, enter your e-mail address and password and click "Login.” You will place your final order for selected items after choosing the payment method.

The payment method could either be via Bank ACCOUNT PAYMENT. Where you will print out an invoice or write down the total amount of order to pay in nearest designated bank (Guaranty Trust Bank Plc Account #: 0142542326; Account Name accounts: CENT-DIRI Tech. Serv. Limited). This is the most popular payment method. A customer places an order choosing Bank Account Payment method, and thereafter does a bank transfer or cash deposit to our designated bank details above for the full cost of the order. also accepts debit and credit card payment methods including: MASTERCARD, VISA, VERVE, and PAYPAL. You can easily see and navigate through these choices when placing your order.

6. You will receive an e-mail confirming your order. You will also receive an e-mail notification with tracking number and name of shipper or service provider immediately your order is placed.

You can also log on to website, to view your order(s), print invoices for your orders, track your orders, write review, add items to your wish list, which you can transfer to your shopping cart whenever you are ready to place order. You can place as many orders for items as you want.

When and How will you ship my order? 

Most products and services listed in are either rendered directly by us or by 3rd party companies. Shippable products in stock and will be shipped within 24 hours of order. Shipping timeframe will be indicated for those that may take more than 24 hours to ship. The items that are not in stock or rendered currently will be indicated and these items do not add to shopping carts. You can input your e-mail address for instant notification whenever out of stock items become available.

All orders are ship via express courier delivery, except otherwise stated by you. A tracking number of shipments are e-mail to customers as soon as their orders are shipped.

Do I need to register to make purchases at

Yes. It does not take time. You only input your names, e-mail, choose a user name and a password and finally fill in a delivery and billing address. In order to process your order and ship to the proper delivery address, this information is required.

If not registered, you will automatically be prompted for this information when you make your first purchase.

If you have already registered, you can log in and start shopping.

Also, if you have forgotten your log-in password, you can generate a new password that will be delivered to your registered e-mail address. Click forgot password and follow the process.

Is it complicated to make purchases from

Will I receive an order confirmation? 

Yes. After receiving your order, we will send you an e-mail confirmation with your Order Number.

How can I check the status of my order?

Simply visit the view order page found in My Account. Any orders you have placed will be listed, and the status of the order regularly updated. You will also be receiving notification emails on the status of your order.

Can I return merchandise I buy from

Yes. We guarantee your satisfaction and will accept returns for replacement, exchange, credit, or a refund. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with our product or services, simply notify us of your shipment and return it within 72 hours of receipt. We will refund your money via a direct credit to your designated named account. For books we may not be able to ship full refund will be given or a voucher send for the full cost to be to pay for other or related books you might be interested.

Can I cancel an order once I've placed it?

Yes - up to a certain point in the order fulfillment process. If we receive your cancellation request before the order has reached the shipping or delivery stage, we can cancel all or part of it, whichever you desire. If an order that you tried to cancel is shipped, you can return it; if it is a service render then the service company’s terms & conditions will apply.

What currency do you use?

Prices in are displayed in Nigerian Government Naira (₦). At check-out before and after placing your order the total cost is displayed in naira.

Customers who choose Bank Account Payment option will deposit the full cost of their order to account in the designated bank.
